8theme swatches filter and all the other WooCommerce default filter widgets are working only in the shop page sidebar and shop filters widget areas. They won’t work out of the shop page/categories page. This is how WooCommerce plugin works. If you want to add the list of the sizes use simple links and style them using custom CSS according to your needs. I have created an example of the Static block with the custom content http://prntscr.com/txm8dp and added the menu item with this static block.
