FTP access is ok but we can’t pass the authentification http://prntscr.com/txl7mp using previously provided email and pass. Please, check them once more and provide the correct one.

Hello,

We need to log in to WP Dashboard but if we use https://zee.com.sa/wp-admin we face auth popup and can’t pass the authentification using credentials that you provided https://gyazo.com/6f9698345707e76936fb07eab26661bc
So:
1) provide correct user and pass for the auth popup
2) Provide correct username and pass for the WP Dashboard access once we pass the authentification.

It’s my 4th message where I’m trying to explain to you that it does not work for us.
Any credentials that you provided does not work for that sign-in form. So, please, try by yourself and provide the clear correct access to pass:
1) Auth form
2) WP Dashboard

Ok. We were able to check the site http://prntscr.com/txslr0 and log in to your Dashboard and see theme in the list http://prntscr.com/txsm7r
So, what issue do you have? Because everything works ok as we can see.

If the site live the old developer will delete the theme direct

Hello,

How could the developer delete theme if he doesn’t have access to your Dashboard or FTP?
Change access to all the accounts you have and that’s all.
Sorry, don’t understand the problem and how theme support could help you.
