Woozone doesn't find products - by Eloi Smith

    Hi,

    I’ve just purchased the theme and wanted to use the Woozone plugin. However, when i search for products with the insane mode i can’t find anything:

    There are no products loaded and selected for import in the Queue. You should use one of the above methods first: Search for Products, Grab Products, Already have a list.

    But it finds Ansi.

    Provide temporary wp-admin access, and describe what steps should be done to re-create the problem.

    I’ve reinstalled the theme, this time with Electronics template, but i have the same issue and some errors:

    Hello,

    About the menu, looks like you have changed the header on the site, so I can’t see All departments menu now, however, the menu can be edited via Appearance > Menus. I’ve enabled the Elementor for static blocks – https://prnt.sc/tvl9az , so mega menus can be edited now – https://prnt.sc/tvl9pg
    About warnings, please reupload this theme-functions.php file into xstore/framework folder via FTP – https://dropmefiles.com/RALcq

    Thanks for your quick support. Yes, I’ve changed the menu and i don’t know how to set that back to the original. I’m still understanding the them 🙂

    With the new file the warning message is gone thanks.

    What about the Woozone issue? Were you able to check?

    You can import header from any of our demo versions via Theme Options > Header builder > Header templates > Ready To Go Headers.
    About Woozone, describe what steps should be done to re-create the problem. Have you checked the documentation of the plugin?

    Yes I’ve checked. Normally,when you go to “insane import” and look for a product,it should populate with the products.

    However, i get this message: There are no products loaded and selected for import in the Queue. You should use one of the above methods first: Search for Products, Grab Products, Already have a list.

    i’ve tried with the Amazon Asins code directly but i can’t load any product either.

    Try to activate a default WC theme – Storefront and check how it works with it.
    Let us know.

    I installed the storefront theme (uninstalled it again) but i keep having the same issue.

    In this case, the problem is independent of XStore. Try to contact the support of the plugin and check the server error log.
    Let us know.

    Well, the problem is that I do not have the API keys of Amazon yet. I will try when i got them again.

    You should get the API key if you want to import products using that method.
