Because we made changes in child theme. Then you need to remove these changes (rename the woocommerce folder in child theme and remove custom code in functions.php https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/support-of-the-woocommerce-additional-variation-images-plugin/ ) Then you’ll get the XStore gallery.

We would recommend you to downgrade the WP version till all the bundled plugins release the new update compatible with the WP 5.5. At this moment we don’t have update from the Master slider author.

Go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” button to get new versions of theme and core plugin. Update XStore theme and XStore core plugin to versions 6.3.9.1 and 2.3.9.1. Clear cache and try again.

Hello,

We would recommend waiting because Massive Addons has compatibility issues with the new version of WP. So, update after 1-2 weeks would be better than now. WP releases the stable versions, and plugins release updates that will be compatible with the new WP.

So, go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” button to get new versions of theme and plugin. Update theme to version 6.3.9.1 and XStore core plugin to version 2.3.9.1.
Clear cache.

No, there is not. But you can disable Loco Translate plugin once change the text. Disabling of plugin does not affect the changes once you finish them and save.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and test if you have the same problem when the default WooCommerce theme is activated. Keep in mind that widgets could be messed up after switching and you will need to place them back once enable XStore again.
Let me know if you have the mentioned issue with payment when the default theme is activated.

Oh, I see. Missed your first screenshot, though you are talking about Customer problems.
Issue from your video caused by Massive Addons plugin. We think that they will release the new update soon but till this happened we can do nothing. Do you use Massive Addons elements anywhere on your site? If not then just disable the plugin.
