20% discount on x product category - by Giles

hi, i’m trying to work out the best way to offer 20% off all items in this ‘hydranet’ category https://www.web-design-hosting-surrey.co.uk/skinsense-test/product-category/hydranet/

I tried doing it with the ‘pricing and priducts’ plugin but no luck. Is there anything else built in to the theme what will do this? Ideally I’d like to show the before and after price next to each product.

i know it’s possible to do it on each page but i wondered if there was a way to do it globally

Hi,

Unfortunately, we don’t have such options.

You can enable globally in Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop Elements > Sale & Out of Stock > Show Sale Percentage

thanks – so it can be done globally? I had a look but i can’t see where i put in the 20% and choose the category? https://prnt.sc/tx1epl

Hello,

That option means that you’ll get % discount label http://prntscr.com/tx8gou instead of the simple sale badge http://prntscr.com/tx8h67 . It calculates discounts depending on the product sale price.
Sale price rules for the product category you can set using WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin.

tbanks – i set this up with the Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin. Is it possilbe to change that red to pink? I’ll have a look at the options ,

Go to Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop Elements > Sale & Out of Stock > Sale Label Background Color
