All the payment gateways are WooCommerce settings. Out theme does not have any options to change this. So, check the WooCommerce plugin documentation or ask on the WooCommerce support forum https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Do you use 2 page builders on the site at the same time: Elementor and WPBakery? It could be the reason of the issue. Probably you change the font in the Elementor settings it overwrites theme styles and has more priority.

1) YITH color and label variations plugin does not support Legenda custom gallery.
Provide us with FTP access and we’ll check if we could enable the default WooCommerce gallery that will work with that plugin.

Could you, please, provide us with a short gif of the issue using the Gyazo gif tool?
Try the default Filter products by attribute WooCommerce widget, it works the same way.
Swatches filter just change the design of the widget elements but it’s based on the default WooCommerce widget functions.
Nope, I’m talking about plugin demo. Do you have link to plugin demo where they display the button on the single product page? Try to contact plugin author to find out why the button disappeared because that button is not our theme option and WooCommerce released updates, so maybe plugin just removed that button in the update.
1) Do you want to have the wishlist icon in the header or on the single product page?
2) Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check the things you are talking about.
