Topic: Critical Error when updating theme

I’m getting a critical error when updating the theme and am locked out of the admin users portal. I did submit a support request last week but have not heard back so am resubmitting. Thank you

Hello,

It looks that problem was caused by the compatibility of the third-party plugin that you use with the Screets Live chat plugin http://prntscr.com/uayxcw
We found that you don’t use the Screets Live chat plugin and removed that. After that users page works fine.
