Xstore Child Theme error - by VbraeG - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hey

So i have run some tests and had problems when i changed theme to xstore.
THe problem is with a plugin called Fraudlabs sms verification.
When i activate child theme, the sms verification does not work.
It redirects the buyer to another page.
When i activate parent theme it works, it gets the customers to the sms OTP verifiction.

So what can be done here ?

Hello

NO i have not.
I have only customised The theme using theme options.

Do you whant access and check?

Hey

Ofcourse, to reproduce The error.
Go to shop page order test pay with PayPal.
Dont worry it will only authorize The payment.
You will recieve an email with sms verification, kindly click on it and this email should bring otp sms verification but instead it will go to your account. The email is supposed to open an otp but instead it redirects you to account page.

Hello,

I suppose it may conflict with the FB login. Could you, please, try to clear the FB fields (Theme Options > FaceBook login) when child theme is enabled and try.
Let me know about the results.

I dissable The Facebook and after that it works.
How can i use The Facebook without causing The issue?

Provide us with Facebook APP ID and Facebook APP SECRET in the private content area and also provide us with FTP access to your site. We’ll check the issue in more detail.

Nope, we need also FTP access to edit theme code and check if it helps to fix the issue.

Did you change the password for the Dashboard user? Our support expert is trying to test and get the email you described. But somebody canceled his orders and then changed the Dashboard access.

Im so sorry, i though someone had hacked The site.
You should have sent me an email about this.

But The sms verification does not work if you don’t use PayPal or amazon.
Do you want me to turn it on for other payments
