I have set Theme Options > Speed Optimization settings, generated correct file using XStore > File generator depending on elements you use, disabled Autoptimize plugin but enabled the minification options in the WPRocket settings.
Both builders have almost the same speed results.
Use the row option to add the video http://prntscr.com/v11h6v . Add the empty space to row to show the video with the required height.
