Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
You need to use the mentioned plugin only if you want to clear your WP installation. Besides, check the plugin docs on how it works with the WP multisite. Probably you need to reset not all the DB tables but just some of them to avoid the mentioned issue.
If you don’t need to clear the WP installation just skip the recommendation about the plugin.

2) XStore supports Elementor Pro. Elementor plugin authors do not have dev license for the Elementor Pro and do not allow to include it to themes, that’s why we can’t offer Elementor Pro as a bundled plugin But you can buy the personal license and use it if you need.
