Hello! How can I remove the following fields in the checkout?

Hello,

WooCommerce does not have option to manage the checkout fields by default and you need to use the third-party plugin for these purposes. Try Checkout manager for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-manager/
