If you want to install clean version of theme on dev subdomain only for test purposes you don’t need new license, you can use the same one.
What does your hosting support tell you about PHP memory limit? Do they have reports on what plugins use the PHP memory resources most of all?
Also, contact Revolution slider plugin author because Slider Revolution Before/After Add-On generates the js error https://prnt.sc/wjwh66

2), 3) We can do nothing with the Revolution slider speed. All the possible speed options of our theme were enabled/disabled in Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

If you want to remove it go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit the connection block and remove the Wishlist element https://prnt.sc/wjmkap You’ll be able to add it again if you decide that you need it.
