Hello,

1), 2) Email builder just allows you to change the templates of the emails, it does ot change the From name and From address. To change this edit WooCommerce > Settings > Emails https://prnt.sc/wjmhkg
3) Choose the link you want to have for that button https://prnt.sc/wjmgf5

You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share the screenshots instead of the google drive links.
