Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. After that go to Appearance > Customizer. Do you have the mentioned error?
Did you try to contact WPML support? Because error appears in the WooCommerce WPML plugin files, not in theme file as I can see.

Hello,
It works like default WooCommerce Hooks https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/introduction-to-hooks-actions-and-filters/
If your 3rd party plugins use these hooks to display the mentioned information then add them. In case you are not sure what hooks these 3rd party plugins use then contact plugin author and clarify this information. If plugins do not use these hooks you’ll be able to use child theme functions.php and show the necessary information by additional customization using the mentioned hooks.

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate default WooCommerce theme Storefront. Test the vendor orders when the Storefront theme is enabled. Do you have the same issue? Provide us with the screenshots, please.
After that, you can switch back to XStore. Keep in mind that widgets could be messed up after the theme switching, so you will need to put them in place in Appearance > Widgets.

There are no such options by default in WooCommerce settings. So, you may try to implement this only using the additional plugin. Contact Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin author to get information if that plugin has such options.
