    Hello,

According to Yoast, one of the steps i must take, in order to get Google to show sitelinks search box when people search for my website, is to verify that my site has a functioning search engine . Quote: “For 99.5% of WordPress sites, this one is simple: you type example.com/?s=query (replacing example.com with your site’s URL and query with the query of your choice), and you should see search results. If you don’t see search, and you’ve not made a conscious decision to move your search engine elsewhere, you might need to fix your theme.” https://yoast.com/google-search-sitelinks/
    .
    When accesing http://www.emilyg.ro/?s=something, nothing happens.

    How do i fix this?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
I do not see the problem, for example – https://prnt.sc/wa7kgq
What assistance is needed from our site? Please contact the Yoast plugin author first.

When visiting https://emilyg.ro?s=something , the site should return a search results page. Like in this example: https://prnt.sc/wfjyox (https://juliarusu.com/?s=something) .

    Hello,

    If I visit https://emilyg.ro/?s=rochie I get the results https://prnt.sc/wj0jsi
But it does not work if I use the default enter button. Could you, please, provide us with the correct WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue with the search in more detail. Did you make any changes for the search in the child theme files?
Did you set the shop page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop page? Because if you did not set the shop page you also could face the issue with the search by products.

    Regards

Hello, i have many customizations, but not on the search part. The SHOP page is set. Also, on the results page (see your screenshot) the fonts are not ok. I attached FTP and admin credentials.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Problem with the search page is related to your custom code in the child theme functiones.php https://prnt.sc/wlzmvw If code is commented out I got the search results https://prnt.sc/wlzooz
