Hello,

We need an example of how it works with the default theme to understand what fields are missing. Could you, please, provide us with such example? Maybe plugin demo or screenshots of your site when the default theme (Storefront for example) is enabled?
And link to product that has these additional fields.

Hello,

We don’t speak German, so I don’t understand the information from your screenshot and what fields should be added. Could you, please, explain in more detail in English? Show the screenshots of the information that should be on the cart and checkout with the default WP theme. We’ll check why it’s missing when our theme is enabled.
Also, provide link to the product with these fields to test.

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > disable Ajax add to cart. Try add to cart after that. I suppose that your plugin just does not support adding to cart using Ajax.

1) Theme author does not manage the license period. Contact Envato support if you want to discuss this. We can do nothing, sorry, we just follow the Envato terms and information that they provide us.

2) We don’t have such hover effect for the products. Submit additional customization request here to implement this.

3) Use pattern image for the top bg image to implement this https://prnt.sc/wogui5

4) Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

.woocommerce-product-gallery__image img { border-radius: 25px; }

Please, install the Cloudflare plugin and log in to your account https://prnt.sc/wngm8t !
We won’t see our changes (fixes) if we can’t clear the CDN cache after our changes. Could you do this? We would not ask you about this in the previous message if we don’t really need that.

Try to remove the Instagram token and add it again in XStore > Authorization APIs. Refresh Instagram after that and check. Let us know about results.

There is no special option for this but you can add the below custom CSS to Theme Options > Custom CSS to change it

Try to use another browser, please. Do you have the same issue? Because we removed Ajax add to cart for the variable product but it still uses Ajax on your video. It looks like some kind of browser cache. So, check the product in FF and let me know about the results.
