Email builder is not working (empty sections)

P.S.- how can I attach a screenshot?

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
You can use Lightshot screenshot tool.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache, check how the builder works then. Let us know the result.

Haha, I fixed the issue… by changing the browser.

Note: Email builder does not work on Safari, only on Google Chrome

yes, you are right, sorry, I forgot to mention one point

preview is ok and when you entered your email it shows it correctly
but, when I am making a test order, I see it differently in my email

shortly: builder works fine, but while sending it is changing the template

Once again:
When I am making a template it shows everything correctly (as I want), but when I am making a test order on the website and I am receiving an email on my Gmail, it shows me differently once section (you can see it on the screenshots above)
Preview works fine, but real emails that have been sent on my emails are not good
