The external file means that all the styles that you change while editing page are saved to the CSS file. Internal embedding means inline styles. Cache plugins, browser and CDN caches CSS files. That’s why if you have a problem with caching then using Internal Embedding is the solution for you.

Parent theme does not inherit the child theme settings, so you need to import them.
Switch to child theme and go to Theme Options > Import/Export > download the export file. After that enable parent theme and go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import the file. Reload page without saving changes and save options only after that.
Check the site.
We don’t have more options in our theme to speed up the site. So, if you need any advanced help with personal site optimization you may contact WPKraken team.
I think you need to contact the translation plugin author about this. Because I see the shortcodes even with the default Storefront theme in the mini cart https://prnt.sc/z8k5kn
If it does not work even with the default theme we can do nothing.
