To move widgets before the sorting select I made customization in xstore-child/woocommerce/archive-products.php. To align product titles I added custom code to child theme style.css. Clear the CloudFlare CDN cache to apply style changes.
Check your site after that.

XMAG API plugin caused that issue. Once we disable plugin correct limits are there. Probably plugin authors reset the limits. Contact plugin support to sort out why they do this.
Our theme is not the reason of the issue.

b) Go to Appearance > Widgets > remove widget from the Discount page widget area

c) What do you mean by fix “View all products” page? Do you want to load more products by click? Then enable load more button in the Products element settings https://prnt.sc/zr1x7c
At this moment “View all products” is a simple link https://prnt.sc/zr22qs that you can change if you want to redirect users to another page.

Filter widget created for the shop widget areas. I have added Brands filter to the top of the products to the filters area and added custom CSS to show it into 5 columns. Is it ok for you?

I have added some custom code to hide the brand filter from the sidebar on the desktop and show it on mobile. Check if it’s suitable for you.

There is no option to change that text. You can do this by additional customization only. For example add the custom class for your row and then add the custom CSS with this class and

.vc_separator.vc_separator-has-text h4 {
    color: red;
}

The length of the separator line depends on the text width and width of the block where it’s placed.
