Animation not working - by sonso - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello support team!
In the demo site I selected, there were animations and the site loaded instantly. I have changed little to nothing in my site, yet the site takes very long to load and the animations are missing. It was like this in the beginning but I didn’t think anything of it at first. Please help! Thank you so much!

Hello,

Do you want to get animations back? Use the row settings to add animation.

I don’t understand why the site would slow down when I applied next to nothing on the site. Also, I would really appreciate it if you could recreate the animations for me. I have no idea how it works. I don’t know why it disappeared because I certainly didn’t remove them. Thank you so much!

Hello,

Probably you changed all the animations to none. Edit the columns settings for the sections where you want to add animation and choose the animation you need https://prnt.sc/zvzpqt
You can do the same for the row and elements if you need https://prnt.sc/zvzvsk
