Could you, please, downgrade PHP version to 7.4 instead of using PHP 8.0. Our theme does fully not support PHP 8.0. Reply back once you downgrade PHP.

Does your hosting provider block outgoing/ingoing connections? Add our server IP 136.243.62.35 to the whitelist. Try to activate theme after that.

My server does not block outgoing connections. It have multiple websites in the server and I actually registered this theme to eusigns.co.uk before. I have multiple websites in the server with other themes registered or Stripe or PayPal being used by API.
I already found your IP and white listed it but still can not register. It did not work. Did you log in and check? This is taking too long. I have to upload this theme or find another theme to use.
You should have a way to work around this. If not possible, please refund. I bought the theme. through Envato.
