I suppose because of third-party plugin that you probably use. Do you use any SEO plugin for WooCommerce? Probably they do not replace theme breadcrumbs but add their own in addition.
Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to align plugin breadcrumbs and hide our breadcrumbs for the single product page
Connect to your server via FTP and remove wp-content/fonts folder. After that go to Theme Options > Typography and resave options. Check the site font after that.

I see that you enabled redirect to cart page in WooCommerce settings.
Disable this redirect in the WooCommerce > settings > Products and then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Single product layout > enable Ajax add to cart for simple and variable products, also go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > disable Product Added Notification option.
If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.
I have updated theme on your site and don’t see issue with the header.

1) You don’t need any third-party plugins to get the layout from the demos. All the necessary plugins come bundled with our theme!
2) Provide us with link to your site and temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check the filters you have.
3) Provide us with screenshots of filters that you want to implement, please. Because we have a few organic demos and I need to understand which one you like.
