XStore core 3.2.11 requires theme 7.2.11 version, not 7.2.9 version.
So, update theme to version 7.2.11 and explain in more detail what exactly is wrong with the All categories menu, provide screenshots for better understanding.

1) Issue with the images related to thumbnail generation. Go to Tools > Regenerate thumbnails > Regenerate all the thumbnails. Check the shop after that.
2) Issue with the customizer was related to the out-of-date version of the theme and up to date version of the XStore core plugin that you used. I have updated the theme. Check now.
Probably you copied the description from any other site and paste it to the visual tab of the short description, so styles from that third-party site were copied. Use the Code tab to paste the description, then you will see if you paste any additional tabs or not.

Do you want to show the Review form https://gyazo.com/4863fc63526d501fc3c91130b1e036a2 ? Tabs element should display the Review form and it’s not related to WPBakery plugin. That form is the default WooCommerce form that displays in the product tabs. You need to ask the Elementor Pro plugin developers if they have any option to display that form separately (out of the tabs) on a single product.
If not then use the tabs to display it.

Once it is disabled you can see the list of all categories. If you enable option and click the category that does not have subcategories you don’t see any category in the sidebar.

We are trying to find a fix of the single product builder issue but it’s much complicated than we expected. Could you, please, move the copy of the production site to the staging one again? Because we made some tryings and options were reset on the staging site but we need exactly the same options as on the production to solve the issue.

After that send test email and check if you have the necessary information in your email, not in preview but in real email that you get.
So, could you, please, explain the issue in more detail? Maybe provide screenshots for better understanding.

Yes, because XStore core has a lot of options and uses large body response.
Please, follow my instructions and contact your hosting provider to ask to increase the Response body limit because you have “ModSecurity: Output filter: Response body too large (over limit of 1048576, total not specified)” error.
We can’t increase the limit from the theme side. You need to contact your hosting provider to do this, do you understand?
Probably custom font was not imported. Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and we’ll help you.
