Problem with product slider - by sab - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello 8theme team,

    I just imported one of the demos and there is an element on elementor (Products) that is not functioning properly when choosing the slider option. it always shows just one product in the slider even if I change the number of the products in it and image of the product is huge.

    could you please assist me on what is happening exactly?

    2- I am trying to import the Czech translation but the file seems to have no translation at all, all the text fields are empty in WPML string translation am I doing something wrong?

    3- Dropdown cart is not working only by clicking on it and it takes me to the cart page

    Hello,

    Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    Thank you, the cart is working now but when you try to remove products from the cart (you click on the X on top) the products keep coming back to the cart and don’t get removed also when you click on add to cart the word disappears it does not show a (tick or anything), shop page is not showing any pagination too.

    quick view not working as well and + – not functioning for product quantity I dunno if my website is broken or the theme 🙂 even though the previous theme was working fine

    Take our apologies for the delay in answering. It’s related to the number of requests during the weekend.

    1) I checked the add to cart and remove from cart option and don’t see the problem. Could you, please, provide us with video of the issue for better understanding?

    2) There is pagination on the shop page https://gyazo.com/29e5ac9eff8c0a027cdeb107e795adae

    3) Issue with the Quick View is related to Elementor js error https://gyazo.com/e438b7a80a7018487245ed66f4c45daa that caused by this option https://gyazo.com/b6de3a042aeb2e725e989d34e642bb12 Don’t enable it because it’s Alfa and generates js errors as you can see.

    Thank you very much everything seems to be working now, I guess it was all related to elementor

    but regarding the cart
    1- when you add many products quickly nothing gets added https://streamable.com/uahq9l
    2- there is an issue with the CSS (borders are only on the left and top)
    3- when the cart gets filled you can’t see the checkout button (how can I enable cart scrolling) https://streamable.com/vnf52x

    Shop page still takes a really long time in changing between pages (1…2…3 )

    4-Hello, how can I change the layout(wide, boxed, etc…) of a single page? and not the whole website?
    5- How to change the Add to cart font?
    6- I am trying to add the brand name to the grid of the shop page but it is not showing

    Hello,

    1) Provide FTP access to your site. We need to check the issue in more detail
    2) Provide screenshot of the issue for better understanding.
    3) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > Number Of Products In Mini-Cart > set 6 instead of 30.
    4) You can switch between single product layouts here https://gyazo.com/f90258b19179dcc7a8e7e64e0e5511d2 Or enable the single product builder and choose the boxed or full-width layout in the settings https://gyazo.com/26ee35f678cb1b80691c125d2fd6eddf
    5) There is no special option for this. Do you want to change font-family or font-size? On the grid or on the single product?
    6) Go to Products > Brands > create brands and add products to your brands. After that, it appears on the shop page.
    7) Do you mean border around the images, color of the button and the font-weight of the titles?

    3- I applied this setting but when adding more than 6 products the cart does not scroll so you can’t see everything in the cart (if there is 12 you can only see 6 but not the rest)
    4- I am sorry I meant on any page I want to change the layout of the page (8theme.com/news) for example and not in single product.
    5- sorry for not being clear In grid mainly
    6- I already have an attribute as a brand, I have over 500 brands do I need to add all these again?! is there a way to import the brands that I already have as an attribute?
    7- just a normal button not a card the one I have with the demo I imported has a card look when you hover on it, the Niche Market demo (has a card looking thing when you hover on a product)(the organic 01 does not have that) how do I change from to that style and vise versa.

    Hello,

    1) Thank you. I passed the issue to our developers.
    2) You missed to set borders https://gyazo.com/04e6a857c741024c05ba4ec5d07f4929
    3) There is no way to set scroll there. So, you may enable off-canvas type for the cart to show more products.
    4) By default content of the page use the container width. If you want to stretch section or section with the content use Elementor section settings https://gyazo.com/266c38945c47fc7019126bf7f926c661
    5) Do you want to change the color of the buttons? Go to Theme Options > Styling > change the colors of the Light buttons.
    6) If you want to use our Brands option you need actually create brands and add products to brands, there is no option to import attributes to brands. If you want to show the attribute on the shop grid you may try to implement this by additional customization. You can submit customization request here.
    7) That effect was added using custom CSS. So, you just need to remove custom CSS related to the hover of the product card. But I see that you changed the demo.

    6- I see. it’s okay but are those translatable? and how do I add the brands to the invoice? as I have my brand attribute added to the invoice!
    7- is there a list of all the custom classes and custom CSS you guys use?

    Hello,

    5. I see that you changed the button with text to icon with q-ty input. So, do you want to change the size of the cart icon?

    6) Yes, you are able to translate brands. We don’t have option to add brands to invoice by default.

    7) You can find custom CSS in Theme Options > Custom CSS. You can find classed that elements has using Chrome dev tool.
    8) It’s because of third-party plugin that you use. Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to fix the problem
