First of all, you won’t lose the custom CSS that you add to Theme Options > Custom CSS after the parent theme update. If you switch theme to other than XStore this option won’t be available at all because this is the XStore theme option.
If you want to hide the mobile menu from header add the below code
3) Clear the browser cache or check using incognito window. Because I tested your site using mobile device and don’t see any problem with the mobile menu or more buttons.
You could create something similar using mega menu and create mega menu item using Elemento builder. Provide us with link to static block from your screenshot and we’ll try to edit it according to your example.

I checked your site and don’t see problems.
The problem is that you added HTML wrapper for your description -> http://prntscr.com/1dg6cy8
That should not be there because in that case when you click on the tab then wrapper changes class for active/inactive state for tab and in your case it adds for the main wrapper and for your HTML wrapper as well
Maybe you did the same for others so please check it by yourself.

Lightspeed plugin causes js errors for the mobile. So, either disable JS scripts minification/combine option or go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > Image loading > choose Default instead of the Lazy loading.

Hello,
1) Ok.
2) It’s for test only. We’ll remove it once finish.
3) Just go to Pages > remove the Instagram Wall page, not the Home page!
4) You use Instagram element on the home page, so you don’t need an additional page with the Instagram. Just remove that additional page.
I passed issue with the Instagram gallery to our developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the issues.

Our theme does call any additional styles or scripts for the wp-admin, we improved lazy loading and forget to disable it for the admin but fixed it in 8.0.1 version as you can see, so any other requests. So, don’t have any idea why this is slow for you.

So, could you, please, tell me what is still wrong? Maybe provide us with the screenshot for better understanding.

Did you read the Jetpack forum? Did you see the number or topics there with the issue with the sliders? Try to disable the Jetpack and check by yourself.
We have released theme update 8.0.1 to overwrite plugin files and fix the error because number of requests that come to us because of this issue of the third-party plugin is huge but before theme update just disable the plugin and check the product page after that to make sure by yourself.
Clear the mobile browser cache and check the mobile menu after that. Probably your browser uses cached version of old styles and scripts.

We don’t blame anyone. But I saw the customer admin and could tell you that XStore theme 8.0 requires XStore core 4.0, it won’t work with the oldest versions of the XStore core plugin and would cause the issue.

2) I don’t understand your question. Could you, please, explain in more detail?
3) I see that you use Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA plugin. Try to disable it and check.
4) Enable AMP plugin, clear the cache and visit your site using mobile device. If you did not clear the cache after plugin enabling probably you’ll get not AMP version.

Optimize all the images that you use using https://tinypng.com/ or any other optimization tools.
