Virtual product description disappears - by tuijatuulia

Hi, I seem to have challenges with virtual products.
IF you open this page https://www.villeriina.net/product/kasvivarjayksen-verkkokurssi/
and scroll fast to Description part, you can see it flash and then go hiding. If I change language to English, I can see the description part.. for the same product, it does not go hiding.
How to solve this?

Hello,

The problem is that you added HTML wrapper for your description -> http://prntscr.com/1dg6cy8
That should not be there because in that case when you click on the tab then wrapper changes class for active/inactive state for tab and in your case it adds for the main wrapper and for your HTML wrapper as well

Maybe you did the same for others so please check it by yourself.

Oh thanks so much! I did not, it was the vendor who added the product – I never thought they could add some code that could do something for visibility. Thank you so much. I will ask Dokan to disable some html stuff.. to leave only decorative stuff!
