Hello,

Testing my website speed with Google PSI
I noticed that the FID are not fetched anymore.

Just need your assistance to slove this. My hosting is thinks that it could be a theme related issue and advised me to contact theme author.

It is also not robots.txt file as it is quite old one and I haven’t done any updated to it for few months! Also we have done a plugin conflict test before clearing the cache.

Dear Olga Barlow,
From yesterday again FID is not fetching https://prnt.sc/19idb11 . I have updated page builder few days back but at that time it was ok. Done plugin conflict test again and again took old backup, yet issue is not solved. Also in search console things are not loading https://prnt.sc/19ieqlg .
Kindly need your assistance to solve this.

But these files are not the theme files https://prnt.sc/1b3f5hy It looks that it’s your hosting autogenerated js files and they are not available I suppose, that’s why the layout looks broken.

Thanks for your quick reply olga. Sorry for messaging you again regarding the same issue.
The issue appears for the 1st time on the very next day when i have uploaded shopping feed plugin of woopt adtribes and have given my websites credentials to them to assist me to create a feed.
I found now that xstore fonts file are also running under this plugin. Screeshot hereby, https://prnt.sc/1br6591 .
Can i reinstall those fonts? Need your assistance.

Hello,

We are not responsible for changes from the third-party developers. I see that you remove default WP actions https://prnt.sc/1btpl0h So, contact the person who added custom code to your child theme function.php and ask temporarily to remove the code and test if it helps.
Because changes that were made there could be the reason.

Dear Olga,
I deleted yesterday all the child theme codes which were added by the unavailable speed optimization expert last year but FID is not fetching and the issue remains unsolved. I contacted Google support and they informed me that i am having these theme related issues https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bedbazaar.nl%2F

Thanks for the fixing. But now in serach console live url test my website layout is completly broken. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/1dzy6ji .

Hello,

1) Use robots.txt and exclude plugins and themes and root folders folder from indexing.
Disallow: /wp-admin
Disallow: /wp-includes
Disallow: /wp-content/plugins
Disallow: /wp-content/themes
2) Clear the cache and reindex the main page after that.

I am so sorry that perhaps it was caused by robots.txt and yet you assisted me. I am so thankful to you.
Thanks for your guidance and paitence. Hopefully the issue will be resolved. I have added above mentioned rules into my robots.txt which was escaped by a developer, hired previously. Than cleared cache. Also i have resubmitted into search console.
I tested url half hour later in search console, yet its showing broken site and scripts are not loading. Screenshots hereby:

I have scanned my website with wordfence which is showing some recently modified css and js files. See screenshot hereby https://prnt.sc/1e4r465 .Maybe this could be the cause?

Hello,

We did not edit any products or anything else on your site yesterday because there was no need to log in.
Add our email 8themes@gmail.com to list of developers in your Google search console to check your issue in more detail. Also, provide us with WP Dashboard access to check the cache plugin settings. Maybe this is the reason of the issue, not sure.
This plugin https://prnt.sc/1e4r465 is not our plugin but don’t think that this is the reason of the problem with the preview.

Mentioned notices about xstore-icons can be ignored, it was done to speed up site loading a bit, you cna read more here – https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Link_types/preload
If you want to remove them, we can do this via child theme. Do you have child theme? Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
