    Hello,

    You set line height for the headings – 30 https://prnt.sc/1iqk1av It means that computes size of your line-heigh is heading font-size in px (18.2px in your case)*30 = 546px. Either add usints for the line-height in the typography settings or reduce the value to 1.8 for example.

    Hello,

    Create staging site (full copy of the production) and update theme there first if we release a major update. If everything is ok then update the production site after that. If not then you’ll be able to contact support or check in more detail what causes the issue without affecting the production site.

    P.S. Your images are large. We would recommend you to use Tinypng to optimize images https://prnt.sc/1iqh5ds and use correct format, read this post https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/speed-wordpress-save-images-optimized-web/ In another case you will face a slow site issue. It would be great to optimize images to make them up to 100kb in size.

    Hello,

    Issue caused by styles priority. Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

    .elementor-element p {
        font-size: inherit;
        line-height: inherit;
        margin-bottom: 0;
    }

    We’ll fix it in the next theme update.

    Hello,

    1) a) https://prnt.sc/1iqdca8
    b) you can use Banner element https://prnt.sc/1iqe3c4 or simple columns with background the texts inside to create all the other blocks from the screenshot. Provide us with WP Dashboard access and we’ll create an example.

    2) Theme does not have such options. Look for the Role manager plugin to implement this.

    Hello,

    Provide us with FTP access to your site. Also, ask your hosting to check if everything is ok with the files and folders permissions of your WP installation https://prnt.sc/1iq8rcj Because 403 error comes from the server-side as a rule.

    Hello,

    1) You chose featured products in settings http://prntscr.com/1ixpk4o but you don’t have featured products http://prntscr.com/1ixpqcl
    One I choose another type I see section.
    2) I don’t see problem with compare option https://gyazo.com/281ce0b4cfa1af0c7d5ceeecaee575b5
    3) Disable Product added notification option from your screenshot. That option means that you will get small green Ajax notification instead of the default WooCommerce notification that you want to have. So, disable Product added notification.

    Hello,

    Yes, unfortunately, that element does not have an advanced style system for the mentioned elements, it inherits the general options. You may submit feature request here https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/
    Also, you can use custom CSS for the element to style that.

    The button is not aligned because one product has 3 lines title and the other one – 2 lines.
    You can go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product styles > Product Title Limit By > Line and choose the number of lines that you need.

    Hello,

    If you want to have nice grid with aligned images then you need to edit them before uploading to the media gallery and make images the same size.
    You can use the below code to limit height but it’s better to prepare good images instead of using such custom

    .content-product .product-content-image img {
        width: auto;
        max-height: 200px;
    }
    .content-product .product-content-image {
        min-height: 200px;
    }

    Hello,

    We checked your code again and see that it’s used for 2 projects: on https://pastry****ce.co.in/ and https://ho**eofivory.in/ sites
    I don’t see that you reactivated another license at least for one of them. So, your license 1b4d6***********c8180 can’t be unlocked.
    1) If you want to start a new project you need a new license for that project.
    2) You need an additional license for one of these projects because it’s not allowed to use 1 license for 2 different projects as you have at this moment.

    Hello,

    Point is that we use default WooCommerce functions to display images. So, if you want to change that you need additional customization. Read this WooCOmmerce topic https://wordpress.org/support/topic/gif-as-product-image/

    Hello,

    2. You use a thumbnails gallery that is displayed over the main image and it overlaps the player options. So, in your case, I would recommend changing the gallery type to under the product image https://prnt.sc/1iov3c7

    3.It comes from the multivendor plugin that you use https://wc-marketplace.com/support-forum/topic/product-rejection-history-rejection-note/
    If you don’t plan to create multivendor store then disable multivendor plugin (Multivendor Marketplace Solution for WooCommerce – WC Marketplace)

    (8theme) Product option
    4.This option works only if you disable Single product builder (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > disable it) and use built-in layouts. In case you want to create multiple layouts for your products using Single product builder then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > Multiple Templates and create new template and choose where to show it using conditions.
    5.This is the List type of the layout of the products element https://prnt.sc/1ip23rx or of the shop page https://prnt.sc/1ip2gcq

    6. Why do you look for sale counter in the order table? You can set the sale price in the product settings https://prnt.sc/1ip37dc and enable it if you want to show could on the single product or grid https://prnt.sc/1ip4ugp Then it appears before the add to cart.

    7. If you add images to the product gallery you’ll get the slider below the featured image https://prnt.sc/1ip5vjv

    8.Because you use the Single product builder. If you use builder then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > Gallery > edit settings according to your needs. If you disable builder you also could manage global settings to apply for all the products from Theme Options. Only if you want to use a separate layout for some products then use these options in case you use a built-in layout, not the single product builder.

    ADD NEW PRODUCT
    1. Fixed. Check now.

    Hello,

    1) Are you trying to add PHP code to CSS code section? You can’t use PHP code in the CSS code section!
    In the WooCommerce docs it’s clearly mentioned https://prnt.sc/1ioqzod
    If I add the PHP code to child theme functions.php it works ok https://prnt.sc/1iorddk
    2) You need to enable review not just in general WooCommerce settings but also for the product https://prnt.sc/1iorlkw or using bulk edit https://prnt.sc/1iorsch
    So, I don’t see any problem with it that comes from our theme.
    3) WooCommerce has 2 descriptions:
    a) short description.
    b) full product description. If you don’t need full description then why do you add that https://prnt.sc/1iosm2n
    I hope I explained this moment in detail.

    Hello,

    Thank you for using our theme!

    1) https://prnt.sc/1iophqb
    2) Do you mean links to frontend examples or backend settings examples?
    3) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > Enable Single Product Builder > set off. Save settings and go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Product layout > choose the layout you prefer.
    4) Only the Elementor Pro plugin allows editing of the Single Product

    Hello,

    I see that you use Cloudflare CDN. I would recommend you to disable it till your site is under development. Because if you use CDN cache you won’t see changes of theme options because we save them in CSS file and CDN caches the CSS and JS files.

    Or log in to CloudFlare account to allow us to clear the CDN cache https://myhome.lk/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cloudflare#/login

    Because your site loads old version of /wp-content/uploads/xstore/kirki-styles.css file.

    Hello,

    3) I have updated theme to the latest version 8.0.3 and there is no issue with the arrows because that bug was fixed in version 8.0.3.
    1) I don’t see any problem with the speed of the off-canvas menu https://gyazo.com/d879985f7fc75b6f5d9f17ebb0e1128d
    2) I found that some issues appear if Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster plugin is enabled. Once the plugin is disabled everything works fine. Do you block any scripts/styles of the core plugin and theme?
    4) We don’t have such option at this moment but I’ll pass your request to our developers.

    Hello,

    You can create attributes https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-8 , use them for products and then use the Filter by attribute widget in the shop sidebar. WooCommerce displays the filter only for the category where products have this attribute. For example, if you use the Cores attribute for the products of the processor’s category then this widget won’t appear for the Keyboard category where products do not have this attribute in the product settings.

    At the same time, Shop page will display all the products and all the filters.
