Xstore theme not getting updated ! et core plug in causing website crash.!

Hi Our website is giving 500 error and x store core plugin has been found to be causing it. Trying to update the theme but Iam getting this error. :

An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I have realized that although I purchased the theme , since I had not registered it here, the theme file that got downloaded was the unlicensed one ,as on the wordpress dashboard it says support expired , while I still have 5 months of support left.

Please help me resolve this asap as I had planned to take the site live on the 4th of Aug .

Hello,

1) Never share private information like purchase code our of the Private content area https://prnt.sc/1ify3mw !!! In another case, all the other forum visitors see your private info.

2) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. We’ll check the issue with the theme update.
