I am not able to activate the theme - by Kunal

I have deregistered the theme from my previous domain and was activating it on another domain but it says I can’t activate the theme.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
If you want to use our theme for a few projects you need to buy a few licenses.

I can’t even reactivate the license on the same domains. Can you please fix the issue so it can be used on the same domains at least?

It is not a bug, but predefined behavior. XStore theme is used on https://pastry****ce.co.in/ and https://ho**eofivory.in/ sites, and these sites are completely different projects. According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
Where do you want to re-activated the license? Do you plan to delete one of mentioned projects or purchase a separate license for one of them?

I have already purchased a new license today, one of the domain pastry palace is still under construction. Can you please unlock the license on the domains?

Hello,

We checked your code again and see that it’s used for 2 projects: on https://pastry****ce.co.in/ and https://ho**eofivory.in/ sites
I don’t see that you reactivated another license at least for one of them. So, your license 1b4d6***********c8180 can’t be unlocked.
1) If you want to start a new project you need a new license for that project.
2) You need an additional license for one of these projects because it’s not allowed to use 1 license for 2 different projects as you have at this moment.
