You use Yoast SEO: WooCommerce breadcrumbs instead of the default theme breadcrumbs https://prnt.sc/1sy6hf9, so theme settings do not change the breadcrumbs that come from SEO plugin. Contact SEO plugin support if you want to change tags for their breadcrumbs.

If all the related products are out of stock and you want to hide out of stock products then area is empty of course.
You can use Upsells products and display them below the Related products (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single products > Show upsell products > below the content). Upsell products allow you manually to choose what products to show there.

If you want to show the out of stock products for the related products then edit related-products.php file code and change that back according to what you want to show there.

Once I disabled all the third-party plugins I see that there is no error. So, disable third-party plugins one by one to find out which one causes the issue and then contact plugin author to fix the problem.

Also, why do you use 2-page builders on your site? It slows down the site a lot because page builder plugins are heavy. Why don’t you use Elementor for the product editing if you use it for the page building as I can see?

That text is the admin text and should be added to wpml-config.xml and then you’ll be able to add the string to string translation using the translate admin string link at the bottom of the string translator menu item. Unfortunately, we don’t have option to hide out of tock variations there only.
Swatches code you can find in et-core-plugin\packages\st-woo-swatches\st-woo-swatches.php. Remove sten_wc_cart_attribute_html filter in child theme to disable our swatches code. And add your own filter that will display things that you need.

Import of options does not include import of the menu and other site content. It includes only values of the Theme Options only, header builder layouts, that’s all. If you need to import menus, pages, posts, media etc then use the Duplicator plugin.
