Face problem of Xstore website theme that need to be solved immediately!

Hi I have facing two problems, which are:
1. I want to import a single demo page from demo theme to my theme’s page, but it keep loading after I pasting the link and click import, the page cannot be imported…
2. The shop page layout for the theme that I choose is quite smaller than other page, how can I adjust it to become normal page size?
Please help me to solve it! Thanks!

1, 2/ Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.
1/ What page do you want to import? Provide URL.
2/ There is critical error on your Hop page. Provide temporary FTP access, so we can enable debug mode and troubleshoot the problem.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

2. I have provide the FTP access at the private content area, There are other websites inside, so need to be careful that which website that you need go to solve the problem, thanks!

Hello,

1/ The Shop page is the default catalog page for products. It can’t be imported. Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce and change settings depends on your needs.
2/ The problem is caused by your custom changes in files – https://prnt.sc/1rjtny4 of parent theme. If you want to make changes, do them via child theme – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/32-child-theme
Please note that we are not responsible for your custom changes.

Hello,

For question 2, if I want to delete the theme and install a new theme, its it possible for me to export all of my pages at current theme and import to new theme?

Hello,

You can export pages using default WP exporter: Tools > Export > pages. But keep in mind that images used on these pages won’t be exported.
Also, you can use third-party plugins, for example, WP All Export plugin.

Hello,

You can export/import pages using default WP exporter: Tools > Export/Import > pages. But keep in mind that images used on these pages won’t be exported.
Also, you can use third-party plugins, for example, WP All Export plugin.

These settings are default WP settings and are not related to our theme. Our theme does not have any additional options to import/export site content. Our theme has options only to import/export theme options and header built using header builder.
