I checked your site and see that you installed and activated 2 page builders. Do you need both of them? Because page builder uses a lot of resources and also comes with a lot of scripts and styles. It would better to choose one builder and use it for all the pages and blocks you have on your site.

Also, check the other plugins you have and disable plugins that you don’t really use.

I got 500 error while trying to deactivate plugin to update https://prnt.sc/1tcl7mw and it’s related to memory limit error https://prnt.sc/1tcljab So, I suppose you need to check the server settings.

I see that issue caused by your cache plugin. We use wp_is_mobile() function to show the AMP version but looks the plugin caches the desktop version even for the mobile.
I followed the steps described here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mobile-cache-doesnt-seem-to-work-properly/ and it works. Check now, please.

You may try another cache plugins like Nitropack or WPRocket etc. Maybe they will give you better results.
3) Check the list of plugins that you use and disable plugins that you don’t really use or could avoid using of these plugins. For example, do you use Ultimate addons plugin elements? If not then disable plugin. Do you use Massive addons plugin elements? If not then disable plugin etc. Every additional plugin slows down the page.

Yes, you can use Loco translate to translate theme and core plugin but don’t use Author directory, only System or Custom https://prnt.sc/1tc57jz . In other case, you will lose translation after the theme or plugin update.

1) Enabled 2 cache plugins. If you make changes of the element styles then you need to clear caches and browser cache every time you change anything. Or disable caches till you finish all the changes you need. We can do nothing with this from our side.

2) As I can see Elementor does not generate correct styles for the mobile version.

3) What do you mean by “mobile color of theme”? Are you talking about mobile header text color or bg color? Explain in more detail, please.

4) Static blocks that you use for the desktop version are not always suitable for the mobile menu. So, we would recommend you to go to Appearance > Menus > create separate menu for the mobile without static blocks but with the default suitems. Choose this menu in the Mobile menu element of the header builder.

So, block from that column displays over the products at the left side. If you want to show any content below the cart form then add the static block below the cart shortcode on the cart page instead of the cart widget sidebar.

Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
If your site works sometimes slow, sometimes fast then the issue is not related to the theme and you need to contact your hosting provider to check it in more detail.

To remove the shop banner go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > remove static block shortcode from the Shop banners content filed.
