Hi! Thank you very much for the assistance that you have been giving us so far.
I bother you again because the operation of the site has deteriorated a lot.
We tried to follow their advice but we did not achieve significant improvements, we even bought wp rocket…
Do you have any suggestions to identify the problem?

    Hello, @Sonia

Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site. We’ll check the settings that you use.

    Regards

    Hello Olga!
I would like to try to install the site from scratch on another hosting provider and be able to demonstrate to my client that the problem is not with your theme. Is it possible to get a demo license for 15 days?

    Hello,

You can use the same license for these purposes.

I checked your site and see that you installed and activated 2 page builders. Do you need both of them? Because page builder uses a lot of resources and also comes with a lot of scripts and styles. It would better to choose one builder and use it for all the pages and blocks you have on your site.

Also, check the other plugins you have and disable plugins that you don’t really use.

I got 500 error while trying to deactivate plugin to update https://prnt.sc/1tcl7mw and it’s related to memory limit error https://prnt.sc/1tcljab So, I suppose you need to check the server settings.

    Regards
