Hi there.

I need some help with the footer. It will not behave in any way that I request it to. I really need somebody to take a look at it for me because this is the only issue we have with setting the site as live.

Please provide URL and temporary wp-admin access. Describe the problem in more detail with screenshots.

Hi Rose,

Please see attached information in the private content area for login credentials.

We are trying to create a replicate of the old footer from the existing live website (link in the private area).

When we use the static blacks to make it, the colours don’t apply, the padding is all over the place, images don’t appear, columns don’t work in the page builder.

If we try to use the widgets as in appearance>customise>footer adding one or two columns doesn’t allow us the flexibility to create anything good enough.

Can you try and create us a simple foot as per the existing footer please?

Hi Olga,

I see you managed to create it! Finally, the footer looks great!

Small issue though… The homepage now looks as if the content is in a container and not full width in sections. Can we have the homepage back to how it was?
I can see the static block you created and when the theme takes over, it works ok, but when you view the block (see private content area) it looks totally different.

Could you also help me out with something else, please? I am trying to remove the “free shipping” on the drop-down when you hover over the basket/cart. It is the bit at the bottom of that dropdown section with an animated line included. We don’t want any of it.

Edit sections and enable Stretch section and content if you want to make it full-width https://prnt.sc/1t8yw2q

To remove Free shipping go to Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > remove Mini cart promo message.

Hi Olga,

Thanks for the content stretching suggestion. I can clean it up with some padding now.

I am in the mini-cart promo message section and I’ve changed the visual to the text and made sure it’s empty but it still keeps defaulting back to visual. Any suggestions?

If I add test text it’s there https://prnt.sc/1tcaddz
So, I don’t see any issue with that area.
