1) I don’t see the problem with the slider https://prnt.sc/1tu21uq but your product page size is huge https://prnt.sc/1tu2efz Optimize images to make the total page size up to 2-3MB. 50Mb page will load forever especially for mobile users.

2) The issue with the revolution slider is related to WPRocket plugin settings. Either keep both these options enabled https://prnt.sc/1tu1rj6 or disable both of them. Don’t keep only the Load JavaScript deferred option enabled because it causes JS error on page with slider.

You can use category description to add the necessary content in that area (title in your case). So, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position > choose at the top of the page. After that go to Products > Categories > edit product category and add the title to the product category description field.

I see that builder is disabled at this moment on your site. Also, if you want to add custom tabs to your product you can use 2 options:
1) custom tab for all the products (Theme Options > WooCommerce > if you don’t use builder then Single product > tabs > add the custom tab title and custom tab content )
2) Edit product and add the Custom tab title and custom tab content to get the individual custom tab for the product.

I don’t think because image size changes if you check it from different devices (for example 1200+ and 1200- device width) and we can’t calculate description height using CSS only taking into account also height of the information above the description.
