How to configure tabs in Single Product Page

I am unable to configure tabs in Single product page. Is there any documentation which explaining different tab set up? in the default Product page, I am not able to set up

What exactly the Additional information and More offers tab contains?

Hello,

“Additional Information” tab will only show if the product has weight, dimensions or attributes (with “Visible on the product page” checked).
More Offer tab comes from multivendor plugin on your site.

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page > Tabs > Custom tab
Dashboard > Products > edit product > [8theme] Product Options > Custom tab

Thank you. But i have imported niche market 2 demo data.

But there is a difference between the demo product available in your website and my website

for example :

It is because you disabled the Single Product Builder (Theme Options > WooCommerce)

Hi,

I have enabled Single product builder. WHile configuring in left hand side i can see : Description, Additional information, custom tab1, Custom tab2, single product custom tab.

But in right hand side i can see only description, More Offers.

Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site, please.
I see that builder is disabled at this moment on your site. Also, if you want to add custom tabs to your product you can use 2 options:
1) custom tab for all the products (Theme Options > WooCommerce > if you don’t use builder then Single product > tabs > add the custom tab title and custom tab content )
2) Edit product and add the Custom tab title and custom tab content to get the individual custom tab for the product.

Hello,

As was mentioned, “Additional Information” tab will only show if the product has weight, dimensions or attributes (with “Visible on the product page” checked). Custom tab1, Custom tab2, single product custom tab are empty by default, so there is no content to display. Add titles and content for custom tabs and you will see them.
As I can see, Single Product builder is disabled on your site. Have you published changes? Have you cleared CDN cache?

This time it works. I checked your product tabs and don’t see any problem with them. So, could you, please, clearly explain what exactly is wrong with the custom tabs for your products? Because if you add the custom tabs titles and content they appear.
