Unable to open Xstore theme options - by Orange Sign

Since last friday im not able to open xtrore theme options anymore
this is what happens it opens a new screen and this screen displays a loading bubble and stays like this for hours.
please help

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

I disabled most of the plugins and cleared caches problem persists
Maybe someone can login and see whered i screw up

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, via the Private Content area, so we can take a closer look.

I’ve checked your Theme Options, and it works fine. Could you record a video of the problem?
What browser do you use? Try to check from another device.

and untill last friday it all functioned problemless

Have you cleared cache?
Did you install an additional browser extension?

had a look around myself and seems like xstore doesnt have an own folder in plugin folder.
