    Hello,

    WordPress does not allow editing the username by default and it does not have the option to manually verify the user. Our theme also does not have any special options for this.     To enable RTL direction just go to Settings > General > choose your RTL language. After that, you can also translate the theme and XStore core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    All in one Export/Import is a good plugin for import.
    But to get a filter you need to import attributes like global attributes, not like manual attributes. And I suppose it’s related not just with the import process but also with the export process. So, I would recommend you to consult WooCommerce support about this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    1) WooCommerce can’t filter by manual attributes that you added https://prnt.sc/1vzty79
    It filters only by global attributes that you created from Products > Attributes https://prnt.sc/1vzu58k

    2) Products import option is a built-in WooCommerce option, it’s not a theme option. So, contact WooCommerce support if you have questions about this.

    Hello,

    1) Issue caused by one of the third-party plugin that you use. Everything works ok if third-party plugins are deactivated. So, deactivate all the third-party plugins and gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin. Contact plugin author to fix the error.

    2) Our theme is compatible with the WooCommerce but the mentioned issue appears not just with our theme. So, contact WooCommerce plugin to get help with this. Because we are able to help only if issue caused by our theme only. We can do nothing if it does not work as you need even with the default Storefront theme.

    2) You use dark mode for the whole site and it caused issue with multivendor plugin.
    I added below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to fix

    4) I removed Promo text element for the top header and don’t see any problems with the menu.

    5) Yes, theme has the sale label (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements > Sale & Out of stock label). Once you add sale price for the product it will appear.

    6) I have updated WooCommerce for you.

    If you change the global slider settings it will be applied for all the sliders you create.

    Hello,

    1) a) First of all I would not recommend you to install all the plugins that you could install from the XStore > Plugin installer just in case. Install and keep enabled only those plugins that you really plan to use. For example, if you don’t plan to sell products from the Amazon then there is no need to keep WooZone plugin enabled. If you don’t plan to use functionality of the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-dynamic-pricing-discounts/7119279 or HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat then there is no need to keep these plugins enabled. Every additional plugin slows down the site because calls additional styles, scripts and makes additional requests.

    b) Why did you install 2 page builders at the same time? Page builders are heavy plugins and we would recommend you to choose one of them (Elementor for example) and disable WPBakery plugin.

    2) We always face the following error on your site while navigating between backend sections https://prnt.sc/1vz5yai and a lot of 520 errors in console https://prnt.sc/1vz6wci Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the error logs and fix the errors related to server settings to solve the issue. Because we can’t check theme options because of this error. Reply back once you fix that.

    6) WooCommerce does not have a lot of options to customize the registration form. Read this post https://quadlayers.com/customize-woocommerce-registration-form/

    1) We don’t have custom labels in our theme. Look for additional plugin to implement that.

    2) There are no such options in our theme by default. It’s possible to implement by additional customisation only. You may submit customisation request here https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme

    3) There is no such option in our theme that allows users to upload custom files. Either look for additional plugin or submit customisation request.

    4) WooCommerce does not allow to remove categories slug from the permalinks at all. All the available WooCommerce permalink settings you can find in Settings > Permalinks.

    5) We would recommend you to install some SEO plugin (Yoast SEO, All in one SEO or any other you like). It helps you to adjust SEO settings.
