1) We have fixed Warnings that were related to our theme in the search console https://prnt.sc/1y9udni You added theme and store core plugin scripts to combine exclusions and it caused the problem. Also, we fixed “The key “” is not recognized and ignored.” error by editing parent theme header.php. We’ll include that fix in the next theme update

2) Issues with your robots.txt are not related to theme code https://prnt.sc/1y32ykq because robots.txt does not come with theme. You create that file by yourself.

We do not ask the hosting provider to fix anything. We just need more information about the reasons of the issue (requests that cause the mentioned problem).
Anything that would point us to the right direction.

Also, please ask your host to enable shell_exec() function and give it executable permission to allow us to check CPU usage from Dashboard.

Could you get information on what requests uses the whole CPU on your site from your hosting provider? They should have some detailed reports. At this moment we don’t understand what theme option could cause the mentioned issue. So, we need to detect what exactly causes the issue to fix that.

You can use 1 license for 1 project (dev and production sites) according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
So, if you want to try a theme for the project before moving that to the production site you can do this. You can use the same license for the dev site.

Unfortunately, Email builder does not support multilanguage. If you need to translate emails to different languages then use built-in emails, not Email builder or look for another email builder plugin that supports this.
