Prdocut Status “On sale” doesnt show the right number of items

    Hi,

    I’m using X-store niche market, and in the shop lateral panel, the product status filter doesn’t show the number of products. It always display “(0)”, even when there are products.
    I sent you a screenshot that shows the problem.

    Hello,

    Theme Options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On. Also, provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    I enbabled the option you mentioned, but i’m not sure to understand what it changed.

    Thanks for wp-admin access. We need FTP access also. Contact your hosting provider and ask for FTP host, FTP username, and FTP password.

    Hello,

    I see that you did not translate your products. Do you plan translation of the products for the other languages? The issue with the Stock status filter is caused by the missing translation of your products.

    Hi and thank you for your answer,

    I will try and translate the products soon, the site is supposed to be in french also. So i’ll let you know if this solution worked for me after I managed the translation.

    It worked for me, thanks a lot !
    I didnt even have to translate the products, I just checked the box to enable the translation.
