Hotspot on mobile not working with hover effect

    Hi Support

    I’ve added a hotspot element and on desktop-view its working fine (with hover effect). On mobile it is not working. Hover on mobile is not really cool and when I click on a hotspot, it opens the tooltip and close it immediately. How can I solve this problem?

    Please, provide us with the video of the problem and let me know what mobile device do you use?

    It looks issue appears on iphone. I passed the problem to our developers. I’ll inform you since they fix the problem.

    Hello,

    We have added show on click option for the mobile devices to fix the mentioned issue. Update theme and XStore core plugin to the latest version and check.
