    Hello,

    1) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access. We’ll check if it’s possible to implement that with our account form.

    2) You can disable sidebar for all the pages in Theme Options > Blog > Blog page.
    If you want to disable the sidebar for a single page then go to Pages > edit page > scroll down to the 8theme Options > Sidebar Position > choose Without.

    Hello,

    We don’t have the option to change that because it’s related not to the theme but to the app settings that you use. It relaces all the styles. You may try to use a black bg image for that row instead of the simple color.

    You need to contact your hosting support if you get errors of the database connection. Probably you reach some limits and hosting blocks connections. Hosting support should be able to help you. Our theme does not have any options to manage DB errors.

    As a rule, you can skip a few minor updates but not a lot of major updates.
    Anyway, it is always recommended to control the theme update process instead of auto-update. We can do nothing with this from our site.

    Hello,

    1) If you press add to cart button it sends Ajax request to the server and the speed of adding to the cart depends on server response time. We can do nothing with that.

    2) We don’t have such element in our theme to display category title with the toggle.

    3) Go to XStore > Sales Booster > disable Progress Bar https://prnt.sc/21koe2k
