    Good day

Very new to this & still learning. I need to install demo content manually because the imports fail due to php limit.

I want to play around a little with all the demo content on my local server using Xampp before I commit to starting my project.

I already downloaded the “XML Files folder” and imported the xml files one by one from the Elementor folder ONLY by doing this:
WP Admin menu – Tools – Import – WordPress (run Importer)
    Also imported the two sliders

I can see & view the files but the site is missing the menu, display is wrong, etc.

There are 4 files I don’t know how to use but guess they are needed to fix the demo
    elementor_defaults.json
    options.dat
    product_cats.json

How do I upload / import them.

Is there an easier & quicker method of installing the demo with a single import / upload?

Love this theme and if I can get it working will definitely buy another for other projects.

    Thank you in advance

    Hello,

Unfortunately, the manual import does not import whole the demo settings. Why don’t you use autoimport?
Do you have any issues with that?

    Regards

Hi. Yes. Doesn’t matter what I do i keep getting the error below. I only once imported something successfully but deleted the entire WP because I wanted to start ver.

Electron 01 Installed! But We Have Some Errors:

    pages not installed 🙁

    posts not installed 🙁

    products not installed 🙁

    static-blocks not installed 🙁

    testimonials not installed 🙁

    contact-forms not installed 🙁

    mailchimp not installed 🙁

    media not installed 🙁

    menu not installed 🙁

The most common errors happened by low server requirments, we strongly recommend to contact your host provider and check the necessary settings.

***Take note requirments is spelled incorrectly.
I can try as many demos as I like right? I’m still playing to familiarise with Xstore and want to take various snippets from different demo’s to make my own.

    Hello,

Was XStore Core plugin installed successfully before the import?
Make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import.

It is recommended to run the full import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

If you need to get elements/pages from different demos there are 2 ways:
    – XStore studio allows import sections from different demos, when you are using Elementor plugin. Just edit page using Elementor > click here – https://prnt.sc/udpfle and import the desired block.
    – If you are using WPBakery Page Builder – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards
