Contact your hosting provider and ask if you have any limits for connections with other servers. Any white/black lists. Seems that your server does not allow connection to our server to get the list of plugins their versions.

We have reset it and you can still use it. But keep in mind for future references:
You can use 1 license for 1 project (dev and production sites) according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

You can use etheme_woocommerce_template_single_excerpt hook it as you do with default WooCommerce hooks. Add code to your child-theme/functions.php
Example: 

add_action('etheme_woocommerce_template_single_excerpt', function() {  //custom code to display custom taxonomy } );

There is no such option in our theme. But you can use WooCommerce hooks https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-archiveshopcat-page/ to add any additional info by additional customization. Use child theme for additional customization.

Out theme is XStore theme. So, XStore child should be activated, not Neve.
Once I activated XStore child I don’t see any problem. So, watch video tutorial on how to update theme https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk because seems that you make something wrong.
