Optimize website with GTmetrix report and products

Hi
I have tested my website in GTmetrix and I have the following results (see the image in the private content area)
It’s anyway to improve these metrics? I feel that the website is too slow, 5 to fully charge the page is too much.

And the products in sliders and shop page, take so much time to show, in so cases more than 20 seconds.

Is there any way to improve these metrics in the theme?
Please help me.

Hello,

Yes, but any of optimization options were enabled. I have enabled CSS and JS minification and page speed is much better https://gtmetrix.com/reports/hoppipollabooks.com/EJkhMA1g/

Why do products take so long to be loaded into the sliders? It takes more than 20 seconds…

Clear the CloudFlare CDN cache and check the products after that.
