    Hi @Darks,

    Please follow these steps:

    1) Visit WPML >> String Translation
    2) Click on the blue link at the bottom of the page: “Translate texts in admin screens »”
    3) Look for *theme_mods_misia* string domain. Here you should find all the strings associated with your theme options.
    4) Check the checkbox for your strings of interest.
    5) Click on Add to String Translation button.
    6) Go back to the String Translation page and translate all the texts.

    After that check the Up-Sell/Cross-sell Product Elements again.

    Hello, @Jexter,

    It appears that the issue we encountered was due to the distance between the servers, which resulted in longer response times. To address this during the installation of the demo data, we temporarily added the following code to the functions.php file of the child theme:

    
    function increase_http_request_timeout( $r, $url ) {
        $r['timeout'] = 500; // Increase timeout to 500 seconds
        return $r;
    }
    add_filter( 'http_request_args', 'increase_http_request_timeout', 10, 2 );
    

    This adjustment successfully facilitated the correct importation of the demo data. After the process was completed, the code was removed from the child theme.

    If it still doesn’t help, please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Is XStore compatible with ELEX Address Validation & Google Address Auto Complete Plugin for WooCommerce?

    We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    when you open the lightbox image, there is an overlay background color over the logo so you will see it grey, but actually the color of logo is white.

    For #1, please change the size of product thumbnail under Theme Options > WooCommerce(Shop) > Product Images > please change the Thumbnail Width & Thumbnail Cropping to this:
