    Hi @Ajaz,

    Please try adding this custom code under functions.php file locates in your child theme:

    function n2t_custom_js() {
        ?>
        <script>

    Dear @IT-Spectrum,

    We would like to confirm that the issue you reported is known to us, and our development team is actively working on a resolution.

    In the interim, we have implemented a custom CSS solution to address the problems. Please find the CSS code below:

        min-width: 100px;
    }

    /* Icon color issue */

    Dear @doitmisr,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that when you choose to display product categories on the shop page, the pagination feature will be disabled. Consequently, the shop page will display all current product categories that contain more than zero products. Please note that pagination on the shop page is exclusively designed for individual products.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear Michiel,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that the loading speed of your websites may be affected due to the high volume of images on the pages.

    To address this, we would like to suggest the following strategies:

    1. Enable lazy loading for images to improve page load times.
    2. Compress the images using third-party plugins such as Imgify, Smush it, etc.
    3. Convert the images to the WebP format for better compression and quality.

    Additionally, we recommend installing the WP-Rocket plugin to further optimize your website’s performance. You can find detailed instructions on how to configure it with our themes at the following link: [How to Improve WP-Rocket Settings with XStore](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/).

    Thank you for your attention to these recommendations. Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hi @Sam,

    As we mentioned in the previous reply, you have to replace the 3858 number in data-prodid=”3858″ with your product ID.

    Please take a look at the document of WP Table Pro plugin to find a product ID shortcode or something else.

    Please note that the issues are related to the 3rd party plugins must be directed to the plugin’s author, they’re out of scope our support standard.

    Hi @Valleros,

    Yes but I am concerned about SEO with this since it’s some hidden text.

    The Search Engine can’t crawl since the texts are coming from the CSS.

    Also, something css related, is there anyway to make those quantity boxes just square and not diamond?

    Please also add this custom CSS codes:

    .single-product .quantity-wrapper {
        transform: none !important;
    }

    Hope it helps!

    Hi @giakhiemtoys,

    1. The arrows are in white color so you couldn’t see them, please add this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    .elementor-element .swiper .elementor-swiper-button svg {
        fill: #000;
    }

    2. Please try adding this custom CSS to reduce the padding of buttons:

    @media (max-width: 400px){
        .elementor-element-8c1b00b a.elementor-button,
        .elementor-element-b87ceb9 a.elementor-button {
            padding: 12px;
        }
    }

    3. Please go to the Sale Boosters page, add config the settings of
    – Fake Live Viewing: https://prnt.sc/Ocn-MpImX_ve
    – Item Sold Fake Indicator: https://prnt.sc/3l53vJ8lhDlq

    4. It’s NOt possible right now.

    5. To change the entire page’s font to a Vietnamese font, you will need to add the desired font to your theme’s typography settings. This can typically be done through the theme customization panel under Fonts or Typography.

    6. To add a chat plugin, you can choose a suitable WordPress chat plugin and install it via the WordPress dashboard under Plugins > Add New > search LiveChat or Tawk.to. Once installed, configure it from the settings page of the plugin.

    7. To add Google Tag Manager (GTM) code, you can insert it into the header or footer of your site. This is often done through the 3rd party plugin(https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-headers-and-footers/), or by editing the header.php or footer.php file.

    8. It’s under Sale Boosters > Fake Sale Popup: https://prnt.sc/EpEYhNMGokSq

    9. We’re not clear on this question. Can you please explain?
