    Dear @Igor,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the email field on your website’s checkout page is currently being hidden due to the active “WooPayments” plugin. It appears that there may be a configuration within the plugin that affects the display order of the billing fields, which is not aligning correctly with our XStore Checkout Multistep widget.

    To address this issue, we recommend reviewing the documentation provided by the WooPayments plugin and reaching out to their support team for further assistance. As the developers of the plugin, they are best equipped to provide guidance and solutions for this matter.

    Since WooPayments is a premium plugin, their support forum should be able to assist you effectively. However, if they are unable to provide a resolution, you can consider using the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] on your Checkout page. Additionally, you can customize the layout via Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Cart/Checkout Layout (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/customizing-cart-checkout-page-layouts/). Our theme offers a variety of settings that may help ensure compatibility with the plugin in case no suitable solution is provided by their team.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Dear @JiPanditJI,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly request you to clear the CDN cache on your website, as it may be causing issues with the correct display of the layout. Once the CDN cache has been cleared, we also recommend checking for any server-side cache that could potentially contribute to the issue.

    After clearing all caches, we suggest testing the website using an incognito browser for a more accurate result. Alternatively, you may use a regular browser window, but please ensure that the browser cache is cleared before conducting the tests.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Mauro,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If you have imported brand metadata for products using a custom plugin, please note that the XStore theme also includes built-in brand functionality. However, if the built-in brands in XStore do not have associated tags, it is not possible to use them as conditions. This is because brand tags are not available as a separate taxonomy in the dashboard for editing. Additionally, the product edit page does not provide the option to modify these tags for the same reason. You can refer to this screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/uBFz8AVu2SgW (only brands are shown).

    In your case, we recommend avoiding the addition of links to product brand tags across your website. Instead, you should continue utilizing the brands taxonomy provided by the theme or the product tags configured in the WooCommerce settings. For reference, please see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/8di4ySobVAfo.

    Could you confirm if you used a different theme on your website when exporting the XML file? Please note that each theme has its own set of options and product meta fields, which may not be compatible or synchronized due to the absence of certain fields in one theme and their presence in another.

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Abdul Moiz,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have identified an issue on your website related to a plugin, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/mOtHdnG3muIE. Specifically, there seems to be an error occurring when attempting to delete an item from the waitlist table.

    Additionally, we would like to inquire if you have recently made any optimizations to your database. Such changes could potentially be linked to this issue, as we are unable to replicate the same bug on our local environment, even when testing with 10-12 waitlist requests.

    To assist you further, we kindly request the following:
    1. Please provide details regarding any database optimizations or changes you may have implemented.
    2. We have observed that a hard caching system is currently active on your website. This is causing challenges for us, as even after modifying certain JavaScript files, the site continues to load a minified version, preventing us from verifying whether the data is being sent to AJAX.

    Could you please disable the caching system on your server or through your hosting tools, if such an option is available to you? This will allow us to investigate and resolve the issue more effectively. For reference, here are two screenshots highlighting the caching behavior:
    https://prnt.sc/LNYQHRhYXIWQ

    If you would like to build your Blog page using Elementor, you can follow the instructions provided in our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/. Dear @rbdigital,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    At this time, the quantity discount feature is available in its current form. You can review this functionality on our demo sites or directly on your website once it has been activated in the Sales Booster settings.

    Currently, the option to select different product variations is not available. However, we encourage you to submit your request on our Future Requests taskboard (https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/). This allows us to gauge customer interest through votes. If the feature gains significant popularity, we will certainly consider implementing it in the Sales Booster settings.

    In the meantime, if this functionality is essential for your needs, you may explore third-party plugins that offer such configurations. This could serve as a temporary solution while we evaluate the feasibility of adding this feature.

    We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your feedback.

    Dear Mauro,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly share the process you used to create a tag for a brand? It appears that this functionality is not currently available within the Brand taxonomy, which leads us to believe that you may have implemented it using a custom method or perhaps with the assistance of an additional plugin.

    We would greatly appreciate your insights on this matter.

    Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

    Dear @anli75,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Once the reported bug in our archives is resolved, the corresponding changes will be included in future releases. You can simply update the theme and review the changelog for the specific version on our https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/.

    Regarding the issue with incorrect spacing, this can typically be resolved by regenerating the CSS files in Elementor tools. Please note that we have not made any changes to the spacing on the single product page. Therefore, we recommend regenerating the CSS files and clearing your cache.

    If the issue persists, we kindly ask you to provide the URL of the affected page along with wp-admin access so that we can investigate the matter further.

    Should you have any additional questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.

    Dear @JiPanditJI,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We wanted to provide you with an update regarding the issue you reported with editing the Slides templates. Our team is actively investigating the matter, but unfortunately, it appears to be more complex than initially anticipated, and we require additional time to identify and implement a solution.

    In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you may consider hiding the XStore Slider widget on the affected pages or replacing it with simpler widgets, such as the “Carousel Anything” widget. This alternative allows you to display static blocks as slider items.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving this issue and assure you that we are fully committed to finding a solution as soon as possible. Please rest assured that your concern is not being overlooked, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

    Thank you for your continued support.

    Dear @Denurade,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that the widget in question can only be utilized on the page designated as the Cart page option in the WooCommerce settings. If the widget is used on any other page, the necessary scripts and styles from the WooCommerce code may not load correctly.

    For further details, we kindly recommend reviewing the WooCommerce documentation, which provides comprehensive guidance on this topic: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/#tell-woocommerce-what-pages-to-use.

    Dear @Denurade,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can utilize the shortcode mentioned in the official documentation of our theme to implement the waitlist feature. Please refer to the following link for detailed guidance: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/waitlist-feature/.

    If you need to modify specific fields within the waitlist table, you can use the filter provided below to hide or display certain elements. Simply add the following code snippet to your xstore-child/functions.php file:

    add_filter('xstore_waitlist_page_content', function($elements) {
    	// to hide product image
    	if ( in_array('product', $elements))
    		unset($elements[array_search('product', $elements)]);
    	// to hide price
    	if ( in_array('price', $elements))
    		unset($elements[array_search('price', $elements)]);
    	// to hide email
    	if ( in_array('email', $elements))
    		unset($elements[array_search('email', $elements)]);
    	// to hide action
    	if ( in_array('action', $elements))
    		unset($elements[array_search('action', $elements)]);
    	return $elements;
    });

    Should you wish to display additional information in the table, you are welcome to submit your request on our -> https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/ or request further customization through this -> https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Dear @Janina,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    In this particular case, it appears that the email in question is hardcoded within their code and, unfortunately, cannot be modified using the email builder provided by our theme. While we utilize the default WooCommerce hooks that are triggered for sending emails, it seems that the emails they send do not adhere to the same structure of PHP classes that WooCommerce typically provides.

    Dear @regencycigaremporium,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We are pleased to inform you that we have identified a specific solution tailored to your case. Here are the details of the implementation:

    1. Custom Snippet:
    We have created the following snippet: https://prnt.sc/QBlWvNJU6T1u.

    2. Custom CSS:
    Additionally, we have added the following custom CSS:

    .is-product-sub_taxonomy-page .elementor-element-2461bda6 {
           display: none;
       }

    This snippet automatically adds a custom class to the body, which identifies whether the current page belongs to a child category, tag, or similar taxonomy. If the conditions are met, the page is recognized as a sub-taxonomy, and the spotlight widget will not be displayed on those pages with an assigned as child category. You can see an example here: https://prnt.sc/kmoWUn5Y6pYK.

    Please note that this solution was specifically customized for your case. Should you require any additional customizations, we kindly ask that you explore our available services listed in the main menu of our website.

    If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
