    Dear @Derek0310,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The loading issues you are experiencing with certain widgets are related to the XStore Ajaxify option being activated for some of them. To resolve this, kindly edit your page, select the affected widget, navigate to the Advanced tab, and toggle the XStore Ajaxify option to the inactive state. You may apply the same solution to other widgets experiencing similar issues and then verify the results.

Regarding your second question about plugins installed on your website, we recommend checking the Component Table section within the Query Monitor tool. This will help you identify the specific component causing the issue.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Amit R,

We hope this message finds you well.

The text in question is set by the WooCommerce gateway within their code, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/uT5lNnbYj5b4. If you wish to modify this text, we recommend installing the Loco Translate plugin, which can be found here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/.

Using this plugin, you can edit the relevant WooCommerce plugin strings to locate and update the desired text. Once the configuration is complete, you may safely remove the Loco Translate plugin from your website, as the translated strings will remain active.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Abhijeet Kumar,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we have successfully recreated the issue on our end and have already forwarded the task to our development team for further investigation and resolution.

In the meantime, we kindly suggest the following temporary solutions:
    1. Use the default shortcode on the Cart page content, which is [woocommerce_cart].
    2. Configure the settings for the Cart page by navigating to Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Cart/Checkout Layout.

Please rest assured that we are actively working on this matter, and we will notify you as soon as we have identified a solution.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

We would like to inform you that we have conducted a speed test using a custom plugin to evaluate performance. The details of the test, along with the relevant URL, have been shared in the private area for your reference.

As shown in the attached screenshots, the primary source of performance impact appears to be related to Elementor. We recommend reviewing the support forums for Elementor, where you may find useful suggestions to optimize the speed and performance of their plugin.

Additionally, we suggest increasing your system requirements to align with the recommended values. You can refer to the following link for further details: https://prnt.sc/NRJgOONO1Ck3.

    Hello, @alinfo,

We noticed that certain strings in your Loco Translate plugin were not translated, as shown in this screenshot: [https://prnt.sc/R0R6cTMPYRp7]. As a result, these strings were displayed in the English version of your site.

To assist you, we have implemented the necessary translations for these strings. You can now review the updated results at your convenience. Also, please, make the correct translations for next strings and check then -> https://prnt.sc/ezvhy0mYQrWw. Check for untranslated texts in Loco translate -> XStore Core plugin.

    Dear @celisibing,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to clarify that certain modules within our theme are designed to load only when the Elementor PRO plugin is active. This is because some widgets rely on specific functions or hooks that are exclusively available within the Elementor PRO plugin. As a result, while it is not mandatory to use Elementor PRO or any particular widget, some functionalities of our theme are inherently tied to the features provided by this plugin. Consequently, you may notice certain modules in XStore becoming inactive on your website if Elementor PRO is disabled.

Have you had the opportunity to contact Elementor PRO’s support team regarding this matter? Since the issue originates from their code, it would be most appropriate for their team to address and resolve it. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be rectified on our end as theme developers.

We hope this explanation provides clarity regarding our position on your inquiry. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Nicolo,

We hope this message finds you well.

After thoroughly investigating the issue you reported, we have identified that it is related to the “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” plugin currently installed on your website. Upon reviewing the plugin’s code, we noticed that it rewrites templates from the WooCommerce plugin that are also modified in our theme. Unfortunately, these rewritten templates do not include the necessary hooks required by our theme to display the Advanced Reviews template correctly.

It is generally not recommended for plugins to rewrite templates from another plugin, as this can lead to compatibility issues. In this case, our theme – which should have higher priority – may also rewrite such templates, causing conflicts.

To resolve this issue, we recommend reaching out to the plugin’s author to address this limitation. Specifically, they should ensure that their code inherits templates from the active theme on the website, rather than rewriting them directly.

In the meantime, the only available workaround is to deactivate the “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” plugin. This will allow the Advanced Reviews template from our theme to display as intended. We also suggest waiting for feedback or a resolution from the plugin’s support team.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or require additional assistance.

    Dear @JiPanditJI,

We hope this message finds you well.

If possible, we kindly request you to temporarily disable all CDN services and test the functionality. This solution may help address the issue, as it appears to be related to caching. The functionality works correctly in a logged-in browser session where such caching is not present.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

    Dear @celisibing,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

As a valued user of the Elementor Pro plugin, we kindly recommend contacting their premium support team regarding this issue, as it appears to be related to their code and has not yet been resolved. You can find more details about the issue here: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/9529.

Since our Single Product Builder is based on Elementor, it would be necessary for their team to address this matter directly. Once you receive a response or solution from Elementor’s support team, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with us. This will allow us to assist other customers who may encounter the same issue.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @Nicolo,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to clarify that the titles of products with a “sale” status are displayed in the same manner as they appear on the “All Products” page. This is because the “sale” status is not treated as a separate category but rather as a filtered view of products within the same page URL.

Unfortunately, modifying the title for such page is not feasible through simple solutions. However, as an alternative, you may consider creating a separate product category and assigning the relevant products to it. Otherwise, the title will remain consistent across this area.

    Dear @Igor,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the email field on your website’s checkout page is currently being hidden due to the active “WooPayments” plugin. It appears that there may be a configuration within the plugin that affects the display order of the billing fields, which is not aligning correctly with our XStore Checkout Multistep widget.

To address this issue, we recommend reviewing the documentation provided by the WooPayments plugin and reaching out to their support team for further assistance. As the developers of the plugin, they are best equipped to provide guidance and solutions for this matter.

Since WooPayments is a premium plugin, their support forum should be able to assist you effectively. However, if they are unable to provide a resolution, you can consider using the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] on your Checkout page. Additionally, you can customize the layout via Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Cart/Checkout Layout (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/customizing-cart-checkout-page-layouts/). Our theme offers a variety of settings that may help ensure compatibility with the plugin in case no suitable solution is provided by their team.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @JiPanditJI,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly request you to clear the CDN cache on your website, as it may be causing issues with the correct display of the layout. Once the CDN cache has been cleared, we also recommend checking for any server-side cache that could potentially contribute to the issue.

After clearing all caches, we suggest testing the website using an incognito browser for a more accurate result. Alternatively, you may use a regular browser window, but please ensure that the browser cache is cleared before conducting the tests.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Mauro,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you have imported brand metadata for products using a custom plugin, please note that the XStore theme also includes built-in brand functionality. However, if the built-in brands in XStore do not have associated tags, it is not possible to use them as conditions. This is because brand tags are not available as a separate taxonomy in the dashboard for editing. Additionally, the product edit page does not provide the option to modify these tags for the same reason. You can refer to this screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/uBFz8AVu2SgW (only brands are shown).

In your case, we recommend avoiding the addition of links to product brand tags across your website. Instead, you should continue utilizing the brands taxonomy provided by the theme or the product tags configured in the WooCommerce settings. For reference, please see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/8di4ySobVAfo.

Could you confirm if you used a different theme on your website when exporting the XML file? Please note that each theme has its own set of options and product meta fields, which may not be compatible or synchronized due to the absence of certain fields in one theme and their presence in another.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Abdul Moiz,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have identified an issue on your website related to a plugin, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/mOtHdnG3muIE. Specifically, there seems to be an error occurring when attempting to delete an item from the waitlist table.

Additionally, we would like to inquire if you have recently made any optimizations to your database. Such changes could potentially be linked to this issue, as we are unable to replicate the same bug on our local environment, even when testing with 10-12 waitlist requests.

To assist you further, we kindly request the following:
    1. Please provide details regarding any database optimizations or changes you may have implemented.
    2. We have observed that a hard caching system is currently active on your website. This is causing challenges for us, as even after modifying certain JavaScript files, the site continues to load a minified version, preventing us from verifying whether the data is being sent to AJAX.

Could you please disable the caching system on your server or through your hosting tools, if such an option is available to you? This will allow us to investigate and resolve the issue more effectively. For reference, here are two screenshots highlighting the caching behavior:
